Pelican Property Services is a locally owned business dedicated to helping homeowners keep their properties clean, cared for, and looking their best.
Founded by 18-year-old Isaac Gaspard, a lifelong resident of Zachary, Louisiana, the company was built around hard work, reliability, and taking pride in the community we call home.
We provide services such as pressure washing, trash bin cleaning, junk removal, leaf removal, and general property cleanups. No job is too small when it comes to making a property cleaner and more enjoyable for our customers.
As a young local business, we believe in earning our customers' trust through dependable service, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
At Pelican Property Services, we're here to be “The Hand on Dirty Work.”
